The following items cannot be sent through our carrier service. Please review this list carefully before booking.

Batteries
Lithium batteries; Disposable vapes. You can send batteries with us if they are included with the equipment they power.

Corrosive substances
Including: ammonium hydroxide (CAS RN 1336-21-6), formic acid (CAS RN 64-18-6), hydrochloric acid (CAS RN 7647-01-0), hydrofluoric acid (CAS RN 7664-39-3), nitric acid (CAS RN 7697-37-2), phosphoric acid (CAS RN 7664-38-2), sodium hydroxide (CAS RN 1310-73-2), sodium hypochlorite (CAS RN 7681-52-9), sulfuric acid (CAS RN 7664-93-9).

Drugs and medicinal products
Any medicinal, narcotic or psychoactive substance controlled under the UK Misuse of Drugs legislation, including medical tests and CBD (cannabidiol) products. Off-the-shelf medication purchased without prescription is accepted though conditions may apply under excluded from compensation.

Explosives and flammable products
Matches; lighters; paints; oils; perfumes; aftershaves; inks; enamels; varnishes (including nail varnish); flammable liquids and solids; liquid nitrogen; any combustible or toxic substance; any liquids above 1000ml.

Hazardous materials
Cleaning products that contain any hazardous materials.

Human and animal remains
Including, without limitation, ashes and biological substances.

Illegal items
Goods which are illegal (including pirated, counterfeit or fake goods); the carriage of which is illegal; or the supply of which to the recipient is illegal.

Live animals and eggs
Including but not limited to: mammals, reptiles, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, other aquatic invertebrates, invertebrates, amphibians, birds, insects, larvae, pupae. See fragile, perishable and frozen items.

Magnetised material
Items with a magnetic field strength of 0.159A/m or more at a distance of 2.1m from the outside of the package.

Miscellaneous manufactured articles
Goods made in foreign prisons, except those imported for non-commercial purposes of a kind not manufactured in the United Kingdom, or those in transit.

Misleading endorsements
Parcels must not bear words, marks or designs which are unauthorised, which may reasonably lead the recipient to believe it has been sent on His Majesty's Service.

Pressurised containers
Aerosols; oxygen tanks; fire extinguishers.

Scripts or subscription certificates
Documents that represent financial value or entitlements, such as shareholder scripts, stock certificates, or subscription rights.

Sharp instruments, weapons, ammunition and replicas
Sharp instruments: knives (kitchen, survival, razors, craft), scissors, axes, gardening and household tools with blades (shears, secateurs, saws), fencing foils, epees and sabres. Weapons: decorative, deactivated or air-powered weapons; ammunition.

Toxic substances and infectious materials
Any combustible or toxic substance or contents that could react dangerously with other substances, including: serums and vaccines; pesticides; poisonous, toxic and infectious substances; radioactive materials; pathogens; clinical, environmental and medical waste (including patient samples); Ebola and anthrax. Vehicle parts
Vehicle parts cannot be accepted if they: contain liquids; weigh over 15kg; or measure over maximum dimension limits. See size and weight guide for more information.
